Fans on Twitter have been saying some not-so-nice things about Chris Pratt this week and one of his Marvel co-stars is speaking out in his defense.
— Mark Ruffalo (@MarkRuffalo) October 14, 2015 Mark Ruffalo should read something other than movie scripts and/or Bernie Sanders campaign literature because he doesn’t seem to understand that he is espousing an economic system responsible for killing over 100 million people since the beginning of the 20th century and has destroyed economies. “Woke Twitter, including Mark Ruffalo, are selective about call outs,” one user observed, noting the several occasions former first lady Michelle Obama posed affectionately with Bush without facing a similar wave of outrage from figures like Ruffalo.
A debate launched on Twitter to decide which famous 'Chris' actor is the best and who is the worst. A lot of people decided Pratt was the worst because they assumed that he is a Republican.
The allegations that Chris is a Republican don't even seem to be true if you look through political contributions records. He seemingly donated to Barack Obama's campaign in 2012 and for the current election, he donated $1,000 to Tulsi Gabbard's campaign.
If you didn't know, Chris used to live in Hawaii and Tulsi is a representative from that state, which could explain why he supported her in the primaries.
Mark Ruffalo took to Twitter and said, 'You all, @prattprattpratt is as solid a man there is. I know him personally, and instead of casting aspersions, look at how he lives his life. He is just not overtly political as a rule. This is a distraction. Let’s keep our eyes on the prize, friends. We are so close now.'
Some big news was recently announced for one of Chris' upcoming movies.
